MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT!!
We offer our full service maintenance to all commercial property owners as well as proudly giving equal detailed service to the residential home owners.
Service schedules offered
- weekly (peak season)
- every other week (off season/grasses does not grow as quickly)
- quarterly/3months (tending to larger trees, palms, shrubs, and hedges to keep them under control)
- once/twice a month (addressing areas that need care only during certain times)
Services offered
- mowing of all grass within property lines
- hard edging of walk and driveways as well as common areas
- string trim of all outstanding areas as well as planter beds
- blowing off all debris from unwanted areas
- trimming of hedges and shrubs based on type and heights
- testing, relocating, calibrating, and repairing of existing irrigation system
- tree pruning (less than 12" in diameter)
